may 19 th I am not certain how fast I'm running but passed this guy on the way out of the Fryman tonight, amazing speed!!

I am getting faster and faster, actually I try to take it easy now when I'm coming down the other side of the hill which is Irdell Dr. cuz it is steep and paved I need to watch out for banging on my knees wouldn't be kosher.
